This is TeamCity 5.1 RC, resolved issues

We added two new features in this RC:

• ability to download patch in unified diff format. You can download patch for usual changes and for remote run. Aside from that the build contains bugfixes only.
• ability to run personal build with custom parameters from VS add-in
