This page provides information on weblog editing tools which can be integrated with Omea, and on plugins which can be used to post to weblogs directly from Omea. To install extensions listed on this page, you should go to Tools | Options | Internet | Feeds and click on the "Install..." button in the "Weblog Posting Extensions" list.

Note: All of the plugins listed here are created by third-party developers and not officially supported by JetBrains.

Weblog Editing Tools Integration

BlogJet (commercial)

Download the extension for integrating Omea with BlogJet at: http://elligre.tk/madelman/docs/counter.php?fid=blogjetit.zip
To install: unpack the ZIP archive to a folder on your drive, click on "Install..." in Omea, select the file BlogJetIt.dll

w.bloggar (freeware)

Download the extension for integrating Omea with w.bloggar at: http://www.aaronweiker.com/download/wbloggarplugin.zip
To install: unpack the ZIP archive to a folder on your drive, click on "Install..." in Omea, select the file wBloggarPlugin.exe

Important: For the extension to work, you need to have w.bloggar version 3.x installed. If you would like to use w.bloggar version 4.0, you can install version 3.x and then install version 4.0 over it, but the extension will not work if you install version 4.0 on a clean machine.

IMHO Instant Blogger (open-source)

The integration plugin is included in the IMHO installer. To install it in Omea: click on "Install...", select the file Elite.IMHO.BlogThis.dll in the IBlogExtension subfolder of the folder where IMHO is installed.

Standalone Plugins

MovablePoster (freeware)

Supports posting to MovableType. To install: click on "Install..." in Omea, select the file Plugin\MovablePoster.Plugin.dll in the Plugin subfolder of the folder where MovablePoster is installed.

NewsGator plugins (freeware)

Plugins are available for posting to a wide variety of weblog engines (Blogger, MovableType, TypePad, Radio Userland and so on). Some of the plugins may not be compatible with Omea.
