Welcome to ReSharper Early Access Program (EAP) !

JetBrains Resharper is a Visual Studio .NET add-in that brings intelligent C# code editing and coding assistance features to VS.NET. By intelligent features we mean usage search, powerful refactorings, smart type completion, using assistant and more. In brief, ReSharper truly understands C# code !

What is Early Access Program

We at JetBrains believe that making tools for developers should greatly involve listening to developers. Our Early Access Program lets development community closely participate in discussions devoted to ReSharper and influence development planning, from early stages onwards. We hope this EAP will be as valuable and exciting as EAP program for IntelliJ IDEA is. We greatly appreciate your feedback and ideas !

However, there are some things that EAP is not. EAP is not a prerelease software: the quality of EAP versions will at times be way below even usual beta standards.

Where to go and what to do

For the list of currently available ReSharper features and quick guide about how to use them see Features. Please stay tuned, as we will update this page as new features are added.

To download the latest ReSharper build go to Download. Come back there often - we will publish a new build every several days.

Discuss any topics connected with ReSharper with us and other community memebrs in our newsgroup: news://news.intellij.net/jetbrains.resharper.eap.
Announcements of new ReSharper builds will be posted in news://news.intellij.net/jetbrains.resharper.eap.announcements.

If you found a bug or have a feature suggestion you can submit it into our Tracker.

ReSharper release schedule

The final feature set and release date for the add-in are not fixed yet and may greatly depend on your input. However we have plan for the next "milestone" which is called M2 (the first build opened into EAP is called M1). See M2 Plan. The planned date for M2 is mid April 2004 (this date may change of course, we'll notify the community if this will happen).
