How to pronounce 0xDBE? Why such name?

The formal pronunciation is əʊ-eks-diː-biː-iː, however internally we prefer to pronounce it ä-ksi-diː-biː-iː.

DBE stands for Database Environment and is just the project codename, 0xdbe is its “number” representation.

Will 0xDBE be available for my OS?

From the beginning 0xDBE will support Windows, OS X and Linux platforms.

What price will be for 0xDBE?

Unfortunately it's too early to predict the price as the product is still under development.

Will 0xDBE support NoSQL databases?

NoSQL support is on our roadmap, but not in the first version. 0xDBE 1.0 will focus on SQL as it's the top priority for the product at the moment.

When will 0xDBE be released?

We hope 0xDBE will be released before the end of this year.

How can I help make the product better?

The best way to help us make the product better is to share your feedback. Feel free to report bugs and submit feature requests through the issue tracker.
