1.Creating a Vaadin Project

IntelliJ IDEA lets you create a project using Vaadin Framework that optimizes your Web applicatin development.
Before you start creating your project make sure you have Vaadin SDK downloaded on your computer and Vaadin plugin is enabled.

Open Project Wizard, in the left pane of the wizard select Java (in this case, you need to configure the application server through Run/Debug Configuration after you create your project) or Java Enterprise (in this case, the application server is configured in the wizard). In the right pane of the wizard,
select Vaadin framework, select the version of the framework (IntelliJ IDEA supports the Vaadin versions 6 and 7)
