- After we click Run, dotTrace runs our app and a special dotTrace Performance Controller window used to get performance snapshots.
- To start profiling of our app, we click Start Profiling.
- Now, our goal is to reproduce the issue, and all we need to do is load the temperature graph by clicking the Load Temperature Data button .
- As soon as we've captured a representative snapshot, we click Get Snapshot'n'Wait in the dotTrace Performance Controller window. This will upload the snapshot to dotTrace Performance Viewer where we can take a detailed look at profiling results.
