Here are steps to enable core logs:

1. Delete %temp%\JetLogs directory;
2. Open Profiler configuration windows (Profile -> Your application type);
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F11 -> You will get "Expert options" button. Click it;
4. Check the checkbox "Enable Logs" (only this checkbox, another ones only by support request). Click OK;
5. Start profiling;
6. Logs are stored to %temp%\JetLogs folder after closing controller window;
7. Please zip logs and send to us.
