- Delete %temp%\JetLogs directory;
- Open Profiler configuration windows (Profile -> Your application type);
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F11 -> You will get "Expert options" button. Click it;
- Check the checkbox "Enable Logs" (only this checkbox). Click OK;
- Start profiling;
- Logs are stored to %temp%\JetLogs folder after closing controller window.;
- Please zip logs and send to us.
