Cannot install extension, "Download was not a CRX"
IDE tries failed to bind to default the port 63342, but failed to bind. Check . Please check your firewall settings and restart the IDE.
I see the message in Chrome log: "System latest connected to 126.
XXX (127.0.0.1:63342)", but LiveEdit is not working
Please note, we work with existing tabs in browser, we don't open any new tabs in browser and we don't open any new panels in IDE. Possible reason: Probable reason: there is another instance of JetBrains IDE is running , so , default port 63342 is already bound. Please check , that product name corresponding corresponds to your IDE ("126.SNAPSHOT" will be "WS-where "XXX" stands for the build number, e.g. "126.159" in case of WebStorm 126.159).

- Check "Developer mode" checkbox
- Scroll down to JetBrains IDE Support section, click Inspect views: _generated_background_page.html (JetBrains IDE Support)Open
- Click on the "Console" Tab
