To use the wrapper download [JbGetCursorPosFix.zip|Visual Studio stops accepting mouse clicks^JbGetCursorPosFix.zip] file, unpack it and run JbGetCursorPosFix_vs* instead of devenv.exe for Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010.
