h3. Subscription Plans

{panel:title=Note about further switching to the free subscription plan}Please note, that should you decide to switch to the free plan, you will need to adjust your instance configuration to match the free pack's limitations:
* Ban/delete excessive user accounts. In the free plan you can have nine user accounts _including_ the 'guest' user account.{panel}

h3. Who are Reporters?

With YouTrack InCloud we introduce the new category of users for the hosted instance --- Reporters. Reporters are not count against the user limit of the chosen plan, and are defined by their set of permissions, their default Reporter role. By default, reporters have permissions to:
* Create, view and link issues
* Add attachments to issues
* Add and view issue comments
* Edit and delete comments, they added (their own comments)
* View and update their own user profiles

Administrator can _narrow_ the permissions set, but cannot extend it. Once an account get any permission above the Reporter's set, it automatically becomes a _user_ account, and is count against the license.

{panel:title=(/) Reporters in subscriptions plans}Please note that Reporters are supported in commercial subscription plans, only.{panel}

h3. Public and Private Projects

Thus, we urge you to manage reporter's accounts carefully so you won't find yourself out of the license limitations all of a sudden.

h4. Renewing Subscription for YouTrack Hosted Beta Users

With YouTrack InCloud goes public, if you choose to continue using YouTrack in production, you will need to confirm your intention and create a JetBrains Account for you to renew your license and switch to production version.
JetBrains Account is a unified account, which can be used as a single sign-on for JetBrains online services, including blogs, forums, license management system, etc. Starting with March 1, 2011, you will use the JetBrains Account, associated with your YouTrack InCloud instance, as your customer profile to select the subscription plan.

You might already have a JetBrains Account (e.g. you have registered it to use in JetBrains forums). If this is the case, you can associate this account with your YouTrack InCloud instance. Otherwise, you can create a new one.
{note}Please note that your current YouTrack credentials, which you used while registering YouTrack Hosted Beta instance are *{_}not{_}* a JetBrains Account.{note}

*To switch to production YouTrack InCloud:*
