YouTrack Standalone JAR distribution bundles Jetty 6.1.x Servlet container. If you want to use it with Apache HTTP server, you need to configure HTTP forwarding. When you run
youtrack-xx.jar, you should specify HTTP port in the command line. To allow users access your YouTrack instance via your Apache web server, you need to forward this port to the web server via
Jetty supports not only
mod_proxy but also
mode_jk connector to use AJP protocol. However, using the
mod_jk is not recommended by Jetty developers.

When you configured the HTTP forwarding, just start YouTrack using the following command:
