Gaya is a codename for the TeamCity 8.x.

Current build: TeamCity 8.0 EAP build 27147 released April 24, 2013

This version of TeamCity contains new features, improvements and multiple bug fixes comparing to TeamCity 7.1.x

Please make sure you back up your data (in existing server from administration UI or manually) before upgrade!
You also might want to install the EAP version as a trial server.
Newer TeamCity versions usually adjust the data structure and you will not be able to return to using older TeamCity versions once the data is upgraded.
