Yes, it will be done, just had some troubles in buildscript, so it was faster to do without it. I think it will be scala-nightly-nika.xml.

That's always true. It's almost unusable with scala 2.7.
Differences between versions 2.8 and 2.9 are ignored now, so it's more usable with scala 2.9 (Maybe from version 2.10 I'll add language level in case if it will be important).

maybe i'm just being picky, but the current phrasing seems to suggest that the user is required to have scala 2.8 installed
perhaps it would be better to say "support Scala 2.8 and 2.9"
